Kathy Long

Candidate for UDP Treasurer

 
Kathy is a a life-long Democrat and the current First Vice Chair of the Iron County Democrats. Originally from the Salt Lake City area, she now resides in beautiful Cedar City. She has worked in the accounting field for over 20 years—both as a bookkeeper and as a treasurer for a non-profit.
 
Kathy sees the benefits of having a Treasurer and Executive Committee member that does not live on the Wasatch Front. People occasionally have a bit of a different view in Rural Utah than may be seen in the metropolitan area and, she believes it is important to hear differing perspectives.
